Amid the chaos of violence, greed and injustice that is affecting so many people around the world, join us for an evening to celebrate the 2024 Right Livelihood Laureates, whose brave actions reignite hope.
Hosted by the famous Swedish journalist Parisa Amiri, the event will be a chance to get to know the 2024 Laureates in person, while also featuring musical performances by contemporary Swedish artists.

Parisa Amiri
Parisa Amiri is a Swedish presenter, journalist and cultural expert. She regularly appears as a culture and news commentator in newspapers, TV and radio programmes in Sweden. Amiri is known for her sharp focus on social issues, and more specifically, SVT’s culture show Cobra and the series “Parisa talks #MeToo with the guys”. Amiri also produces and co-hosts the popular culture podcast Brita and Parisa.

Cedrik
Cedrik, also known as Lionman, is a rising artist and singer who has performed with many of Sweden’s top names. In 2022, he earned praise for his solo performance at Melodifestivalen. He also starred as Hiram in Göta Lejon's production of Hair.
Maria Sur
Maria Sur is a Ukrainian singer who gained recognition after fleeing to Sweden during Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022. She has competed in both Melodifestivalen and The Voice Ukraine. She was appointed a Swedish ambassador for UNHCR in 2024, using her music and platform to advocate for refugee rights.
